Schools hold sensitive information about children, and safeguarding concerns must reach the right person quickly. We set up safeguarding logs with restricted access, apply student privacy rules in school systems and map each regulator's data requests to the systems that hold the data.
Schools report to KHDA in Dubai, ADEK in Abu Dhabi or the Ministry of Education elsewhere in the UAE, and to the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia, each with its own child protection and data rules; the UAE child rights law (Wadeema's Law) also applies.
