These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public websites and marketing materials (the “Site”) of Hosn Al Tomoh Technology L.L.C (“Hosn Al Tomoh”, “we”, “us”). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, where Hosn Al Tomoh is licensed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.
