Property marketplace built for the Middle East: buy, sell and rent homes, browse off-plan launches from registered developers, and invest in fractional shares of reviewed properties, with workspaces for owners, agents, brokerages, developers, and property managers. Each country runs on its own local regulations and integrations.

PropVest is a property marketplace platform built for the Middle East. In one place, people buy, sell and rent homes and commercial property, browse new launches from registered developers, and invest in fractional shares of reviewed properties, reaching the owner, agent or brokerage behind each listing in a tap.
Each country runs on its own configuration. PropVest follows local real estate regulations and connects to local services where the market provides them: land and property registries, advertising permit systems, national digital identity and investor checks, lease registration, e-signature, and local banks and payment gateways. A new market is added through configuration and integrations, not by changing the core platform.
Trust is built into the rules, not added later. A listing goes live only once it meets the local requirements for its market, such as a valid advertising permit and licensed people behind it, and the platform takes it offline when those details lapse. Each owner's property is reviewed before anyone can list or offer shares in it.
Behind the public marketplace, every professional has a workspace designed for the job: agents, brokerages, developers and property managers, with owners managing their own properties, mandates and share offerings. One sign-in can hold several roles, and leads, viewings, deals and investments stay attached to the property record that started them.
Buyers, tenants and investors see the reviewed property record and the people behind each listing. Agents and brokerages work their leads from their own workspaces, and owners decide who may sell, lease or offer shares in their property.

Public search for buyers, tenants and investors, and a signed-in workspace for everyone who lists, sells, leases or manages property.
Saved homes and searches with alerts, viewings booked in local time with calendar reminders, property shares in one portfolio, and every enquiry in one place.
Register a property once, have it reviewed, then sell, lease or offer shares in it yourself, or grant a mandate to an agent or brokerage on your terms.
Leads, viewings, open houses, mandates and a deal pipeline, with each listing tied to the agent's licence and the property record.
Invite agents, approve their listings before they go live, bring every branch's leads into one place, and follow deals and lets in one view.
Projects and unit inventory with CSV import, payment plans, expressions of interest (EOI), agency channels, reservations and handovers.
Tenants, rent reminders, maintenance, inspections, move-outs and owner statements for every home you manage.

Filters for place, price, beds, size, furnishing and amenities, plus the details that matter for rent and off-plan: pets, payment terms, handover and view.
Draw the exact area you want on the map, save the search for instant, daily or weekly alerts, and compare shortlisted homes side by side.
Invest in shares of reviewed, income-producing property alongside other investors, with investor checks, a share register and rental income tracked in one portfolio.
Each country has its own listing requirements, permits, fees, documents and investor rules in configuration, so every listing and offering meets the rules of the market it is in.
Connects to land registries, permit systems, national digital identity, lease registration, e-signature, and local banks and payment gateways where each market offers them.
Each listing names the agent and brokerage, and agent listings need current licence details on file for the market they are in.
Enquiries go to whoever holds the mandate, then the brokerage, then the owner, with response-time targets and escalation. Call and WhatsApp are one tap away.
Book a slot in local time. Both sides get a calendar invite and reminders a day and two hours before.
Project pages show the project's registration and escrow details where the market requires them, along with unit types, floor plans and a payment-plan calculator.
Mortgage, rent-versus-buy and investment return calculators, and area pages with median asking prices drawn from current listings.
Public pages and the buyer, investor, agent and brokerage workspaces work in both languages, with full right-to-left layouts.
Every listing and share offering passes the same checks before a buyer, tenant or investor sees it.
The owner registers the property once, with the documents behind it.
A PropVest reviewer checks the record, against the local registry where one is connected, and approves it before the property can be listed.
The owner sells, leases or offers shares directly, or grants a mandate to an agent or brokerage, on terms the owner sets.
The listing must meet its market's rules, such as a valid advertising permit and current licence details, and share offerings need the approvals and investor checks the market requires.
Listings whose permits or approvals lapse go offline, and anyone can report a listing that looks wrong.
PropVest keeps the property, its permits, the mandate, the enquiries and the shareholders together, so every workspace works from the same facts.

PropVest is our own product, designed and engineered by the same in-house team that delivers client programmes. It is where we apply the practices we recommend to clients: role-based access with separation of duties, audit trails, background job processing, and bilingual interfaces built in from the start rather than translated at the end.
The platform runs on Next.js and React with TypeScript, MySQL through Prisma, Redis-backed job workers and S3-compatible storage. Sign-in supports passkeys and two-factor authentication, and support staff get read-only, time-limited access when they help a user.
Property rules differ across the region, so PropVest keeps them out of the core. Each market has its own configuration for listing requirements, advertising permits, agent licensing, off-plan registration and escrow, lease registration, fees, documents and the rules for property shares, and viewings run in local time.
Local integrations plug into the same platform: land and property registries, permit systems, national digital identity and investor checks, e-signature, and local banks and payment gateways. Adding a country means adding its rules and connections, not rebuilding the marketplace.
Questions from buyers, tenants, investors, agents, brokerages and developers.
PropVest is built for the GCC and the wider Middle East, and each country is set up with its own regulations and local integrations. If you run a brokerage, a development company or a property management business, talk to us about bringing your market and portfolio onto the platform.
Each market's rules sit in its own configuration. Where a market requires an advertising permit, agent licence or project registration, a listing cannot go live without it, and the platform re-checks these details and takes listings offline when they expire or no longer fit. Where the authority offers a connection, PropVest checks the details directly with it.
