OT cyber and physical security

We secure control systems without stopping them.

Energy control systems run for decades and cannot be patched or restarted on demand. We map assets and network zones, segment them in line with IEC 62443 and control privileged and vendor access to OT.

The evidence follows the UAE Information Assurance Regulation and Dubai Electronic Security Center requirements in the UAE, and the NCA's Operational Technology Cybersecurity Controls (OTCC) in Saudi Arabia.

What we deliver

  • Asset and zone mapping

Control systems, networks and data flows mapped before any change is proposed.

  • Segmentation

Zones and conduits designed in line with IEC 62443 and changed only in agreed outage windows.

  • Privileged and physical access

Vendor and engineer access to OT brokered, recorded and matched to site access controls.

What to have in place first

Grid reliability comes first, so operations and HSE should agree these points before work starts.

  • An OT asset list exists, even if partial.
  • Vendors with remote access to OT are known.
  • Outage windows for network changes are agreed with operations.
