Owner and investor portals

We give owners and investors one secure place for statements, capital calls and documents.

Investor communications are often spread across email, spreadsheets and couriered packs. We build portals that publish distribution statements from finance data, manage capital calls and document rooms, and onboard investors with KYC checks.

Onboarding follows each market's anti-money-laundering law, such as the UAE's federal anti-money-laundering legislation and the Anti-Money Laundering Law in Saudi Arabia, and in Saudi Arabia the Capital Market Authority's rules also apply to real estate funds and REITs. Identity checks can use UAE PASS in the UAE and Nafath in Saudi Arabia where investors have them.

What the work involves

  • Statements and distributions

Statements generated from finance data and published on a set calendar.

  • Capital calls and documents

Capital calls, notices and document rooms, with access set by investor and entity.

  • Investor onboarding

KYC checks and entitlements set before an investor sees any data.

Signs you are ready to start

Owners and finance rely on the same figures, so these points are best agreed before anything is published.

  • Statement data can be produced from the finance system.
  • Investor entities and their authorised users are listed.
  • Your compliance team has set KYC refresh rules.
