Regulatory-aligned DR

Disaster recovery plans and evidence shaped by what your regulators and board will ask to see.

Modern data centre building in the desert at dawn

We shape disaster recovery around what your regulators and sector guidance expect: in the UAE, for example, NCEMA 7000 and CBUAE requirements for banks; in Saudi Arabia, SAMA's business continuity management framework and the NCA ECC controls on backup and recovery. We map your plans and test results to those expectations, then prepare evidence packs and board reporting.

Firms in the UAE's financial free zones also work to the requirements of the DFSA in DIFC or the FSRA in ADGM, which we include in the mapping where they apply.

What the work involves

  • Regulatory mapping

Your recovery requirements set out against the guidance that applies to your sector and market.

  • Evidence packs

Plans, test results and remediation records organised the way reviewers ask for them.

  • Board reporting

A short recurring report on recovery readiness, open issues and test results.

  • Business-owned priorities

Recovery priorities agreed by process owners, not set by IT alone.

  • Tested, not assumed

Plans exercised regularly, with results and fixes recorded.

When recovery must answer to a regulator

This matters when your sector regulator reviews continuity, or when the board must sign off recovery readiness.

  • A regulator review or inspection is scheduled.
  • Recovery evidence is spread across teams and formats.
  • The board receives no regular report on recovery readiness.
