Service offering

Cross-platform apps

Faster launch on both platforms with one team, when the product does not need platform-specific depth.

Hands on a laptop keyboard beside a glass of tea on a walnut desk

We build one codebase for iOS and Android in React Native or Flutter when the product does not need deep device-specific features. We agree early which parts stay shared and which need native modules, so the shared code does not become a constraint later.

React Native and Flutter both support right-to-left layouts, but each needs care with Arabic fonts, mirrored icons and mixed-direction text, so Arabic screens go into the first prototype, not the last sprint.

What the engagement covers

  • Framework choice

A short assessment of React Native and Flutter against your team's skills, design needs and device features.

  • Shared architecture

Navigation, state and API layers shared across platforms, with native modules only where they are needed.

  • Platform polish

Each operating system's conventions for gestures, typography and accessibility respected.

  • Release discipline

Signed builds, staged rollouts and crash monitoring in place before the first public release.

  • Device and OS coverage

A test matrix of real devices and operating system versions, chosen from your users' actual mix.

When one codebase is enough

It fits when both platforms need the same features at the same time and the team is small.

  • Features must launch on iOS and Android together.
  • One team will maintain both apps.
  • The app uses standard device features rather than specialised hardware.
