Accessibility QA

Independent accessibility testing that tells you what fails, how badly and how to fix it.

We test digital services against WCAG 2.2 with automated tools and manual checks: keyboard use, screen readers, contrast, forms, and content in Arabic and English. Findings are logged with severity and fix guidance, and we can produce an accessibility conformance report.

Government digital services in the UAE and Saudi Arabia are expected to follow published accessibility guidance based on WCAG, and Arabic screen reader behaviour needs testing in its own right rather than being inferred from English results.

What we deliver

  • Automated and manual testing

Tool-based scans followed by manual checks of keyboard, focus, forms and content.

  • Assistive technology

Screen reader and zoom testing in Arabic and English on the platforms your users have.

  • Conformance reporting

Findings with severity and fix guidance, and a conformance report when you need one.

  • Quality in the pipeline

Tests run automatically on every change, with results visible to the whole team.

  • Measures that matter

A short set of quality measures, reported the same way for every release.

When to test accessibility

Test before a launch or redesign, and whenever users or a review raise accessibility problems.

  • The service has never been tested with a screen reader in Arabic.
  • A launch, redesign or procurement requires a conformance statement.
  • Users have reported barriers with forms or navigation.
