Use case selection
A short list of use cases ranked by value, data readiness and risk, each with a baseline to measure it against.
Industry context
We take AI from pilot to daily use, measuring each model against the process it replaces and keeping human review where its outputs affect people.

Implementing AI starts with choosing use cases where a model can be measured against today's process, then preparing the data, evaluation and human review each one needs. We then run each selected use case with monitoring, cost tracking and a clear owner for every model.
Schools and universities plan around the academic calendar, with admissions, exams and term breaks deciding when change is possible, and they answer to regulators such as KHDA in Dubai, ADEK in Abu Dhabi and the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. Academic leaders and campus IT need to agree each change, so we time go-live between terms wherever possible. We design governance around the UAE's national AI guidance and SDAIA's AI ethics principles in Saudi Arabia, and around sector rules such as SFDA guidance on AI-based medical devices where health use cases are involved.
After stabilisation we hand over to your teams or keep running the service with you.
Alongside sector regulation, we often map delivery evidence to cross-industry baselines such as the UAE Information Assurance Regulation issued by TDRA, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls in Saudi Arabia and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, which many risk reviewers already use.
We design, deliver and stay until operation is stable, with evidence your procurement and risk teams can rely on.

Test sets, accuracy and bias checks, and review steps for outputs that affect people, agreed before launch.
Private hosting or a managed service, monitoring for drift and cost, and a rollback route if a model stops performing.
We plan reporting and data handling around the requirements of your regulator, such as KHDA in Dubai, ADEK in Abu Dhabi or the UAE Ministry of Education, or the Saudi Ministry of Education, and the personal data law that applies in each market.
Training and test data sourced, labelled and classified, with personal data handled under the applicable data protection law.
Usage limits, cost reporting for each use case and a regular review of whether each model still earns its place.
An AI use case is ready to start when there is a process to compare against, data you are allowed to use and someone who will act on the results.
