AI solutions in logistics and supply chain

We take AI from pilot to daily use, measuring each model against the process it replaces and keeping human review where its outputs affect people.

Implementing AI starts with choosing use cases where a model can be measured against today's process, then preparing the data, evaluation and human review each one needs. We then run each selected use case with monitoring, cost tracking and a clear owner for every model.

Logistics operators work to tight delivery windows and customs requirements, with many partners running different systems. Planners, warehouse leads and partner managers need changes that do not interrupt live shipments, so we plan cutovers away from volume peaks. We design governance around the UAE's national AI guidance and SDAIA's AI ethics principles in Saudi Arabia, and around sector rules such as SFDA guidance on AI-based medical devices where health use cases are involved.

After stabilisation we hand over to your teams or keep running the service with you.

Alongside sector regulation, we often map delivery evidence to cross-industry baselines such as the UAE Information Assurance Regulation issued by TDRA, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls in Saudi Arabia and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, which many risk reviewers already use.

How the work is organised

From design to stable operation, with the evidence operations, finance and customer service leadership ask for.

  • Use case selection

A short list of use cases ranked by value, data readiness and risk, each with a baseline to measure it against.

  • Evaluation and human review

Test sets, accuracy and bias checks, and review steps for outputs that affect people, agreed before launch.

  • Production operation

Private hosting or a managed service, monitoring for drift and cost, and a rollback route if a model stops performing.

  • Customs and port platforms

We plan integration with the customs and port systems your shipments pass through, such as Dubai Customs' Mirsal and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security in the UAE, or ZATCA's FASAH platform and Mawani in Saudi Arabia.

  • Data preparation

Training and test data sourced, labelled and classified, with personal data handled under the applicable data protection law.

  • Cost and usage control

Usage limits, cost reporting for each use case and a regular review of whether each model still earns its place.

Checks before you start

An AI use case is ready to start when there is a process to compare against, data you are allowed to use and someone who will act on the results.

  • The customs and port systems in scope have been listed for each market.
  • Each candidate use case has a named business owner and a measurable baseline from the current process.
  • Privacy or legal has cleared the data for each use case for this purpose.
