Governed metrics
Agreed definitions for key measures, held in one semantic layer that every report uses.
Industry context
We build analytics on governed definitions, so every dashboard shows the same number for the same measure.

We agree the data model and the governed metrics with the owner of each measure first. Dashboards and reports come next, with access rules that match who may see which data.
Healthcare providers, insurers and life sciences companies work under patient safety obligations and strict health data rules. Clinical leaders, privacy officers and IT need to agree how data is accessed and shared before anything is configured. Dashboards in the region usually need Arabic and English labels and right-to-left layouts, and personal or government data must stay within the hosting and access rules of the UAE PDPL and the Saudi PDPL.
After stabilisation we hand over to your teams or keep running the service with you.
Alongside sector regulation, we often map delivery evidence to cross-industry baselines such as the UAE Information Assurance Regulation issued by TDRA, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls in Saudi Arabia and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, which many risk reviewers already use.
We design, deliver and stay until operation is stable, with evidence your procurement and risk teams can rely on.
Agreed definitions for key measures, held in one semantic layer that every report uses.
Scheduled pipelines from source systems into a data warehouse, with data quality checks.
Reports and dashboards designed with their users, with row-level access rules where data is sensitive.
We work within the requirements of the authority that licenses you: DOH in Abu Dhabi, DHA in Dubai or MOHAP in the UAE, or the Ministry of Health, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and the National Health Information Center in Saudi Arabia. In Saudi Arabia, health insurance claims follow the Council of Health Insurance's rules through NPHIES, and public hospitals are grouped into health clusters under Health Holding. Integration with exchanges such as Malaffi, Nabidh, Riayati and NPHIES is planned where your services use them.
Reports and measures embedded in the applications people already use, with the same definitions.
Arabic and English labels, right-to-left layouts and date and number formats checked on every report.
An analytics programme is ready to start when leadership names the measures it will run the organisation on.
Tell us where you are today and which dates matter. We will propose a first phase with scope, owners and an itemised quotation.
