Blueprint and governance
The site and project hierarchy, permission rules, certification criteria for data sources and the extract refresh policy are settled before configuration, and the analytics lead and data owners sign them off.
Platform implementation
We put Tableau on a governed footing, with certified data sources, a clear project and permission structure and extracts that refresh on schedule, so analysts keep their freedom without each one rebuilding the same numbers.

Tableau estates usually arrive with years of workbooks built by keen analysts, so we start with an inventory and decide what to certify, merge or retire. Where data may not leave the country, Tableau Server runs on infrastructure you choose, in your own data centre or an in-country cloud region, which keeps extracts and published data sources under your control. Bilingual dashboards need their Arabic and English text planned separately, and we agree the right-to-left reading order with the business before design starts.
The work runs through Tableau's own tooling: Tableau Prep flows to shape data, published data sources and virtual connections, and Tableau Catalog in the Data Management add-on to trace lineage from database table to dashboard. Content moves between sites with the Content Migration Tool, and routine administration is scripted against the REST API.

Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.
The site and project hierarchy, permission rules, certification criteria for data sources and the extract refresh policy are settled before configuration, and the analytics lead and data owners sign them off.
Usage data for every workbook, so unused content is archived and overlapping data sources are merged into certified ones.
A choice between live connections and extracts for each source, incremental refreshes, and schedules that spread Backgrounder load across the day.
Dashboards embedded in intranets or customer portals using connected apps for single sign-on, with user attribute functions filtering rows per viewer.
New Tableau versions arrive several times a year, so we plan upgrades, test critical workbooks on a staging site first, and keep an eye on Backgrounder queues, extract failures and site usage.
Tableau suits organisations with a strong analyst community that values visual exploration, and those invested in Salesforce or running mixed data platforms that want a vendor-neutral front end.
