Blueprint and governance
Compliance, treasury and the product owner fix the asset flags, the issuing and distribution accounts, the SEPs in scope and the KYC flow before any account is created.
Platform implementation
We set up Stellar assets, anchors and payment flows with the issuer controls a regulated payments business needs, from authorised trustlines to clawback.

Stellar is built for issuing assets and moving money: an issuer can require its approval before an account holds its asset, revoke that approval and claw funds back. The UAE and Saudi Arabia are among the world's largest sources of remittances, and there the CBUAE's Payment Token Services Regulation and SAMA's payments rules decide who may issue or exchange a fiat-backed token, so the anchor's role is scoped with legal advisers.
We build anchors on the Anchor Platform, implementing the SEPs a corridor needs, such as SEP-10 for authentication, SEP-12 for customer information and SEP-24 or SEP-31 for transfers. Applications connect through Stellar RPC or Horizon, and logic that must run on the network goes into Soroban contracts written in Rust.
Stellar and related product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.
Compliance, treasury and the product owner fix the asset flags, the issuing and distribution accounts, the SEPs in scope and the KYC flow before any account is created.
Separate issuing and distribution accounts with multi-signature thresholds, so no single key can mint tokens or move reserves.
Authorisation required, revocable and clawback flags set per asset, with procedures for when compliance uses them.
Daily matching of on-network payments with bank deposits and withdrawals at each anchor.
Stellar validators vote on protocol upgrades, so we test each new protocol version on testnet first, and monitor payment success, account reserves and the anchor's transaction status.
Remittance, payout and stable-value token businesses that need fast settlement and issuer controls, more than general-purpose smart contracts, are Stellar's natural users.
