Blueprint and governance
The data fabric design, the records that stay in their source systems and the group-based security model are agreed with your process owners and data owners before the first record type is built.
Platform implementation
We implement Appian to automate processes that cross people, systems and bots, using its data fabric to work with records where they already live.

On Appian, the centre of the work is the process and the data behind it: Appian Records built on data fabric, so a case can draw on ERP, CRM and database records without copying them, and process models that hand tasks between people, Appian RPA bots and AI skills. Once processes run, Process HQ shows where the work actually slows down. Appian Cloud or a self-managed installation is chosen early, because hosting decides where records and documents are held.
Work is built in Appian Designer as record types, process models, interfaces and expression rules, following Appian's delivery methodology of short sprints that each end in a release you can see working. Integrations use connected systems and integration objects, and documents arrive through intelligent document processing that extracts fields for a person to confirm.
Appian and related product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.

Event data from Appian processes analysed to find delays, rework and variants, then used to choose the next improvement.
Appian RPA tasks for systems without APIs placed inside process models, so a failed bot creates a task for a person instead of stopping the case.
Incoming forms and letters classified and their fields extracted with Appian's AI skills, with a review step where confidence is low.
Appian ships four releases a year, so we review each release's changes, regression-test critical processes after the upgrade, and monitor process errors, bot failures and task ageing in between.
Appian fits when a process spans several systems and teams, the data cannot all be moved into one database, and the organisation wants workflow, automation and process mining from one vendor.
