Blueprint and governance
Process boundaries, the owner of each job worker, error and compensation patterns and the Kubernetes sizing are agreed with your architects and service owners before modelling starts.
Platform implementation
We implement Camunda for teams that want process orchestration as code: BPMN models executed by Zeebe, with your own services doing the work and every instance visible in Operate.

Camunda work centres on orchestration across services your developers already own. BPMN diagrams become the executable process and DMN tables hold the decisions, so business analysts and engineers review the same artefact. Camunda 8 runs as Camunda's SaaS or self-managed on Kubernetes; self-managed, in a cloud region inside the country or in your own data centre, is the usual route when process data must stay in the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
Models are drawn in Web Modeler or Desktop Modeler, job workers are written in Java, Node.js or another supported client, and Camunda Connectors handle common calls such as REST and messaging without custom code. Teams use Tasklist for human tasks where a separate front end is not needed, and Optimize to report cycle times and bottlenecks. Where you run Camunda 7 today, we plan the migration of models and of the embedded-engine code that does not carry over directly.
Camunda and related product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Design, build, integration and run-state support, with each decision recorded for your steering committee.

BPMN models with timers, messages, error events and compensation, plus DMN decision tables that analysts can change through a governed release.
Zeebe, Operate, Optimize and Identity installed with Camunda's Helm charts, then sized and backed up for your volumes and recovery targets.
Runbooks for incidents in Operate: retrying failed jobs, correcting variables and moving stuck instances, with the right access for each support level.
Camunda 8 ships a minor release twice a year with patch releases in between, so we plan upgrades for self-managed clusters, keep job worker client libraries in step, and monitor incident counts, waiting jobs and Zeebe partition health.
Camunda suits organisations with strong in-house developers and an estate of microservices or APIs, which want a standard process engine rather than a full low-code application platform.
Share your current systems, compliance themes and integration map. We will return a phased plan, a risk register and a governance model for your stakeholders to review.
