Platform implementation

UiPath

We implement UiPath to automate repetitive, rule-based work in the systems you already have, with every robot registered, monitored and owned by a named business lead.

UiPath work centres on choosing the right tasks, then keeping robots reliable once they run. Task Mining and Process Mining help find candidates, and Automation Hub holds the pipeline of ideas with their expected value. Hosting is either UiPath's Automation Cloud or Automation Suite installed in your own environment; the second keeps robot logs and queue data inside the UAE or Saudi Arabia when that is required. Arabic documents are tested with Document Understanding on your own samples before any extraction is relied on.

Developers build workflows in UiPath Studio on the REFramework for transactional processes, with work items held in Orchestrator queues so failures can be retried one item at a time. Attended robots run on employee desktops through UiPath Assistant, unattended robots run on managed machines, and Action Center hands exceptions to a person when a decision is needed.

How we implement UiPath

From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.

  • Blueprint and governance

The process definition, the exception list, how credentials are held in Orchestrator assets or a vault, and the robot run schedule are agreed with the process owner and IT security before development.

  • Automation pipeline and value

Ideas scored in Automation Hub for volume, stability and clarity of rules, so robots are built for tasks that will repay the effort.

  • Robots that survive change

Selectors, retries and queue-based processing designed to cope with screen and data changes, with tests in UiPath Test Suite before release.

  • Robot operations

Orchestrator alerts, run dashboards and an on-call rota, so a robot that fails at night is fixed before the business day starts.

  • Hypercare and managed support

Studio, Robot and Orchestrator versions need to stay compatible, so we plan upgrades against UiPath's product lifecycle, retest robots when a target application changes its screens, and track success rates and exceptions per process.

Signs RPA with UiPath will pay back

UiPath suits organisations with high-volume, rule-based tasks on systems that lack APIs or cannot be changed soon, where a robot costs less than waiting for an integration.

  • Processes with stable screens and documented rules
  • A business owner for each robot who agrees its exception handling
  • Machines and accounts for unattended robots approved by IT security
  • A hosting decision between Automation Cloud and Automation Suite
