Platform implementation
Microsoft 365
We roll out Microsoft 365 with Teams, SharePoint and Exchange governed from the start, so sites, teams and mailboxes carry the right labels, owners and retention before content piles up.
Most Microsoft 365 programmes centre on governance more than features: who can create a team, how SharePoint sites are labelled, and what Microsoft Purview keeps or blocks. Microsoft 365 offers in-country storage in the UAE for core workloads such as Exchange, SharePoint and Teams, and we confirm the current options for Saudi tenants with Microsoft at the start. Teams Phone calling in either country goes through a licensed operator, using Operator Connect or Direct Routing.
Delivery runs workload by workload. Mailboxes move through Exchange hybrid or migration batches, file shares go to SharePoint and OneDrive with Microsoft's migration tools, and team creation is governed through Microsoft 365 group policies and sensitivity labels. Microsoft Intune enrols devices so that Conditional Access can check compliance before a laptop or phone opens company data.

Microsoft 365 changes every month, with notice through the Message center and the public roadmap, so we triage each change for impact, prepare staff communications, and watch Secure Score, licence use and service health.
When Microsoft 365 is the obvious base
Microsoft 365 is the natural choice where Windows, Office files and Active Directory already run the organisation, and where Teams calling, SharePoint records and Purview compliance should sit under one licence.
