Blueprint and governance
The dial plan, emergency calling design, coexistence with Unified CM and the recording policy are agreed first, and IT, the network team and security sign them off.
Platform implementation
We implement the Cisco Webex Suite for organisations with Cisco voice and video estates, moving calling, meetings and devices into Control Hub without losing the telephony features staff rely on.

Webex projects often begin from an existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager estate, so the work centres on which users move to Webex Calling, which stay on premises, and how devices re-register to the cloud. Control Hub then becomes the single point of administration. In the UAE and Saudi Arabia, cloud calling depends on licensed local PSTN through Cisco or a partner operator, and Video Mesh nodes can keep meeting media inside your network where policy calls for it.
We build Webex Calling locations, dial plans and Local Gateway or Cloud Connected PSTN connections, then migrate users in waves with their numbers, hunt groups and voicemail. Desk phones and room devices are onboarded to Control Hub, Webex Meetings sites are configured for authentication and recording, and directory sync with your identity provider keeps users and licences aligned.

From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.

A migration plan that moves users, numbers and features from Unified CM to Webex Calling site by site, with Dedicated Instance as an option for sites that need it.
Cisco desk phones and Room and Board devices registered to Control Hub, with configuration templates and monitoring for each room type.
Video Mesh nodes in your data centre, so internal meetings keep their media on your network and use less internet bandwidth.
Cisco publishes Webex updates on a regular cycle and device firmware separately, so we review release notes in Control Hub, schedule firmware upgrades for rooms, and watch call quality, device status and Video Mesh capacity.
Webex suits organisations with large Cisco telephony and video estates, banks and government in particular, that want cloud calling and meetings while keeping the value of their Cisco devices and networks.
