Blueprint and governance
We agree the settings lock model, the retention of recordings and transcripts, the rules for external meetings and the Zoom Phone numbering plan, and IT, security and the records team sign them off.
Platform implementation
We deploy Zoom Workplace for meetings, rooms, webinars and, where licensing allows, Zoom Phone, with account settings locked to policy and recordings kept only as long as they should be.

Zoom work usually starts with meetings and rooms, then extends to Zoom Phone, Team Chat and webinars. Account administrators can choose which data centre regions carry meeting traffic, and Zoom Node can keep some services inside your own environment, so we set both against your security policy. Calling in the UAE and Saudi Arabia has to run through licensed operators, which we plan with the bring-your-own-carrier option where Zoom's own numbers are not offered.
Users come from your identity provider by SAML and SCIM, with groups mirroring departments. Settings are locked in layers at account, group and user level, so no department can loosen the rules on recording, waiting rooms or authentication. Zoom Rooms are provisioned through the web portal, Zoom Phone sites, call queues and auto receptionists are built office by office, and webinars get templates for registration and practice sessions.
Zoom Workplace and related product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.
We agree the settings lock model, the retention of recordings and transcripts, the rules for external meetings and the Zoom Phone numbering plan, and IT, security and the records team sign them off.
Sites, extensions, call queues and auto receptionists, with numbers from a licensed local carrier connected through BYOC and emergency calling tested at each office.
Room systems enrolled and monitored from the Zoom web portal, with standard set-ups from small huddle rooms through to boardrooms.
Templates for registration, panellists, practice sessions and Q&A, plus approval rules for public webinars run under the organisation's name.
Zoom updates its client and Zoom Rooms software often, so we set a minimum client version, try each update on pilot rooms first, and watch the Zoom dashboard for call quality, room health and failed meetings.
Zoom Workplace fits organisations whose priority is dependable meetings, webinars and rooms across many sites, which keep documents and email on another suite and want one vendor for video and voice.
Share your current systems, compliance themes and integration map. We will return a phased plan, a risk register and a governance model for your stakeholders to review.
