Blueprint and governance
The instance region, the queue and routing profile design, flow standards and the permission model for who may change flows are agreed first, and contact centre operations, IT and the cloud team sign them off.
Platform implementation
We build Amazon Connect contact centres on AWS, with contact flows, Amazon Lex bots and Contact Lens analytics designed together and deployed as code beside your other AWS workloads.

Amazon Connect is a set of AWS building blocks rather than a finished suite, so the work centres on flows, Lambda integrations and the data each contact produces. AWS operates regions in the UAE and Bahrain, but Amazon Connect, Lex and Contact Lens are not offered in every region, so we confirm which region can host the instance and what that means for your residency policy. Arabic support in Lex and Contact Lens is checked feature by feature before a flow depends on it.
Contact flows are built in the flow designer and exported to CloudFormation or CDK, so changes go through code review and the same pipeline as other AWS work. Lambda functions look customers up in your CRM or core systems, Customer Profiles brings history into the agent workspace, and Tasks and Cases handle follow-up work that is not a call.

From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.
The instance region, the queue and routing profile design, flow standards and the permission model for who may change flows are agreed first, and contact centre operations, IT and the cloud team sign them off.
Amazon Lex bots for common requests such as balances, bookings or order status, tested with real phrasing and handing over to an agent, with context, when they cannot help.
Transcripts, sentiment, categories and redaction of sensitive data where the language is supported, so supervisors search calls and spot trends without listening to them all.
Amazon Connect forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling set up from historical contacts, with Ramadan and weekend patterns reviewed by your planners.
AWS adds Connect features continuously, so we review announcements, keep flows and Lambda functions under version control, and watch CloudWatch for queue times, Lambda errors and Lex fallback rates, alongside the monthly usage bill.
Connect makes sense for organisations already invested in AWS, with engineers who can own flows and Lambda code, and who prefer paying for usage over per-seat licences.
