Routing and channels
Voice, chat and messaging channels, with routing rules based on need, language and skills.
Industry context
We set up contact centres that route each call, chat or message to the right agent, with the caller's history on screen.

Most of the design work in a contact centre sits in routing rules, integrations and the measures supervisors use. We design the routing, IVR and digital channels, connect them to CRM and case systems, and set up workforce management and quality monitoring.
Schools and universities plan around the academic calendar, with admissions, exams and term breaks deciding when change is possible, and they answer to regulators such as KHDA in Dubai, ADEK in Abu Dhabi and the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. Academic leaders and campus IT need to agree each change, so we time go-live between terms wherever possible. Regional contact centres usually serve callers in Arabic and English, often on WhatsApp as well as voice, and need call recording and data handling that meet the UAE PDPL and the Saudi PDPL, with numbers and telephony from operators licensed by TDRA or CST.
We hand over with runbooks and training, and can stay on under agreed service levels.
Alongside sector regulation, we often map delivery evidence to cross-industry baselines such as the UAE Information Assurance Regulation issued by TDRA, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls in Saudi Arabia and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, which many risk reviewers already use.
From design to stable operation, with the evidence academic councils, data protection officers and regulators ask for.
Voice, chat and messaging channels, with routing rules based on need, language and skills.
Agents see contact history and open cases in one view, without switching between systems.
Forecasting, scheduling and quality reviews set up so supervisors can manage service levels.
We plan reporting and data handling around the requirements of your regulator, such as KHDA in Dubai, ADEK in Abu Dhabi or the UAE Ministry of Education, or the Saudi Ministry of Education, and the personal data law that applies in each market.
Menus and self-service flows in Arabic and English, designed around the main contact reasons.
Rules for recording, retaining and accessing calls and chats, agreed with privacy and compliance.
A contact centre programme is ready to start when service leads know why people contact you and which service levels matter.
Share your current systems, compliance themes and timeline. We will return a phased plan, a staffing model and a risk register for your stakeholders to review.
