Contact centre and customer experience in telecoms

We set up contact centres that route each call, chat or message to the right agent, with the caller's history on screen.

Most of the design work in a contact centre sits in routing rules, integrations and the measures supervisors use. We design the routing, IVR and digital channels, connect them to CRM and case systems, and set up workforce management and quality monitoring.

Telecom operators change their networks in agreed windows, under the obligations of TDRA in the UAE or CST in Saudi Arabia, and their customers notice every outage. Network engineers, product managers and care teams need to see the impact of each change on service before it is approved. Regional contact centres usually serve callers in Arabic and English, often on WhatsApp as well as voice, and need call recording and data handling that meet the UAE PDPL and the Saudi PDPL, with numbers and telephony from operators licensed by TDRA or CST.

After stabilisation we hand over to your teams or keep running the service with you.

Alongside sector regulation, we often map delivery evidence to cross-industry baselines such as the UAE Information Assurance Regulation issued by TDRA, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls in Saudi Arabia and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, which many risk reviewers already use.

How the work is organised

From design to stable operation, with the evidence the network operations centre, regulatory affairs and product leadership ask for.

  • Routing and channels

Voice, chat and messaging channels, with routing rules based on need, language and skills.

  • Agent desktop and integration

Agents see contact history and open cases in one view, without switching between systems.

  • Workforce and quality

Forecasting, scheduling and quality reviews set up so supervisors can manage service levels.

  • Telecom regulation

We map delivery evidence to the operator obligations set by TDRA in the UAE or the Communications, Space and Technology Commission in Saudi Arabia, including subscriber data protection requirements where they apply.

  • IVR and self-service

Menus and self-service flows in Arabic and English, designed around the main contact reasons.

  • Recording and data handling

Rules for recording, retaining and accessing calls and chats, agreed with privacy and compliance.

Checks before you start

A contact centre programme is ready to start when service leads know why people contact you and which service levels matter.

  • The regulatory reporting obligations the change touches have been listed.
  • Service leads have agreed the main contact reasons and the service levels they want to measure.
  • The channels for launch, including any WhatsApp or chat service, have been chosen.
