Platform implementation

Conga CPQ

We implement Conga CPQ together with Conga CLM, so quotes, contract terms and approved documents stay linked from the first proposal to the signed agreement.

Conga's value is the link between quoting and contracting, so the work centres on a shared product and pricing model, clause libraries and the handover from quote to contract. Gulf organisations frequently need Arabic and English contract versions, templates for government counterparties and a clear record of who approved non-standard terms. Contracts and quotes also have to carry VAT correctly, and invoices from Conga Billing for Saudi customers fall under ZATCA e-invoicing.

Conga CPQ is commonly deployed on Salesforce, so we design around your Salesforce org's data model and release process. We configure products, price lists, pricing rules and approvals in CPQ, clause and template libraries in Conga CLM and document generation with Conga Composer, then connect signed contracts to billing and the ERP.

How we implement Conga CPQ

Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.

  • Blueprint and governance

The product and price model, the clause library structure, contract templates and approval rules for non-standard terms are agreed with sales operations, legal and finance before configuration.

  • Clause and template library

Standard clauses, fallback positions and template variants in Arabic and English, owned by legal.

  • Quote-to-contract handover

Accepted quotes that generate the contract with prices and terms carried across, so nothing is retyped.

  • Obligation tracking

Renewal dates, notice periods and commitments taken from signed contracts and assigned to owners.

  • Hypercare and managed support

Conga ships regular product releases, and because it runs on Salesforce it also has to keep pace with Salesforce's three releases a year, so we test quoting, contract generation and approvals before each one. We also maintain templates and clauses as legal changes them.

Who benefits most from Conga CPQ

Conga fits organisations where the contract matters as much as the quote, with complex terms, legal review and many document variants, and where Salesforce is the sales platform.

  • Salesforce in place for the sales teams
  • A legal team ready to own clauses and templates
  • Non-standard terms that need a tracked approval today
  • Contracts in more than one language
