Blueprint and governance
Document models for the main entities, the shard key, cluster tiers, the backup policy and the encryption key arrangement are agreed with the application architect and security before any production cluster is created.
Platform implementation
We build on MongoDB Atlas with document design, indexes and sharding fitted to your access patterns, and backups set up to satisfy auditors as well as engineers.

Most MongoDB problems trace back to document design, so the work starts with how the application reads and writes before any cluster is sized. Atlas clusters are deployed in a cloud provider region you pick, and Global Clusters can pin documents to zones in specific regions, which helps when customer records for the UAE and Saudi Arabia must be stored apart. Atlas Search includes an Arabic language analyser, so product and customer search can handle Arabic text.
We lean on Atlas's own features: Performance Advisor and Query Profiler for index work, time series collections for sensor and event data, Online Archive to move cold data to cheaper storage, and Atlas Vector Search when an application needs semantic search. Encryption combines customer-managed keys with Client-Side Field Level Encryption or Queryable Encryption for the most sensitive fields.

From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.

Snapshot schedule, point-in-time restore window and a Backup Compliance Policy so backups cannot be deleted or shortened, with restores tested.
Self-managed MongoDB or relational data moved with Atlas live migration or Relational Migrator, with the cut-over rehearsed.
A shard key that spreads writes evenly, then resharding or added shards as volumes grow.
Atlas applies patch upgrades inside the maintenance window you set, and MongoDB ships a major version roughly once a year, so we plan major upgrades, review Performance Advisor suggestions, and watch replication lag, slow queries and storage growth.
Atlas suits applications whose data changes shape often, such as catalogues, customer profiles, IoT events or content, and teams that want a managed service rather than running replica sets themselves.
