Platform implementation

Salesforce Commerce Cloud

We build Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts in Arabic and English, connected to Salesforce Order Management and your CRM, so a shopper's orders and service history sit in one record.

B2C Commerce is the starting point for most of our Commerce Cloud work, sometimes with B2B Commerce or a headless front end added, and often for brands already running Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud. In the Gulf that means Arabic right-to-left templates beside English, checkout through a payment provider that supports mada and Apple Pay, and cash on delivery where shoppers still expect it.

Storefronts are built either on the Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) with cartridges, or as a Composable Storefront on PWA Kit and Managed Runtime. Merchandisers run catalogues, promotions and content slots in Business Manager and Page Designer, and we keep custom code in our own cartridges so Salesforce updates do not overwrite it.

How we implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud

From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.

  • Blueprint and governance

The choice between SFRA and a composable front end, the site and locale structure, and the order flow to Order Management or ERP are decided with the e-commerce and IT leads before development starts.

  • Arabic locale and RTL templates

Arabic locale content, right-to-left templates and mirrored layouts, tested on real devices rather than as translated strings alone.

  • Einstein recommendations and search

Einstein product recommendations and search dictionaries tuned for Arabic spelling variants and English brand names.

  • Order Management hand-off

Orders passed to Salesforce Order Management or your ERP, with split shipments, returns and refunds tracked in one place.

  • Hypercare and managed support

B2C Commerce receives frequent platform updates and the wider Salesforce platform has three releases a year; we test each against your cartridges in a sandbox, watch quota and performance alerts, and support merchandisers in Business Manager.

When commerce and service belong in one record

It is the logical choice for brands that already use Salesforce for service or marketing, want commerce in the same customer record, and have budget for a licence priced as a share of gross merchandise value.

  • Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud in use or planned
  • Several brands or countries to run from one Business Manager
  • An in-house merchandising team ready to manage content and promotions
  • A payment provider chosen for mada, Apple Pay and cards
