Platform implementation

Cority

We implement Cority where health and safety meet, so occupational health records, exposure monitoring and incidents sit in one system that clinicians and safety teams both trust.

Employers who run clinics, medical surveillance or exposure programmes usually come to Cority for industrial hygiene, occupational health and sustainability metrics in one system. Heat stress is the obvious Gulf case: the UAE and Saudi Arabia both ban outdoor work at midday in summer, and exposure and health records help show that the rule is kept. Medical data also falls under the personal data protection laws in both countries, so access rules are designed early.

Cority is a configurable cloud suite in which occupational health, industrial hygiene, safety and environmental modules share employee, location and hazard records. We set up similar exposure groups, sampling plans and medical surveillance protocols, then link HR records so each person's exposures and examinations follow them between sites.

How we implement Cority

Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.

  • Blueprint and governance

No data is loaded until the occupational health physician and the HSE lead agree the similar exposure groups, the medical surveillance protocols and who may see clinical records.

  • Medical surveillance

Examination schedules by role and exposure, clinic visit records and fitness-for-work outcomes shared without exposing clinical detail.

  • Exposure sampling

Sampling plans for noise, dust, chemicals and heat, with lab results loaded and compared with exposure limits.

  • Safety and sustainability metrics

Incident rates and environmental metrics drawn from the same records, for monthly and annual reporting.

  • Hypercare and managed support

Cority updates its cloud platform regularly; we test changes against your clinical workflows, keep HR feeds and exposure groups current as roles change, and watch overdue examinations.

Signs Cority is the right fit

Cority fits employers where occupational health and hygiene are central, such as heavy industry, energy and healthcare, and where clinicians and safety teams need one record for each worker.

  • An in-house clinic or medical surveillance programme
  • Exposure monitoring for noise, dust, chemicals or heat
  • HR data reliable enough to link people to roles and sites
  • Clear rules on who may see medical records
