Blueprint and governance
The level structure, dimensions, versions and the drivers behind each sheet are agreed with the FP&A lead and the budget owners before any sheet is built.
Platform implementation
We build Workday Adaptive Planning models that FP&A can maintain themselves, with rolling forecasts and headcount plans that update from actuals every month.

Adaptive Planning is usually chosen by finance teams that want driver-based budgets and rolling forecasts without a large technical team behind them. Workforce planning is often the first model, because salaries, allowances, GOSI or pension contributions and end-of-service accruals make up a large share of Gulf operating cost. Plans then roll up across entities and currencies to group level.
We design levels, dimensions and versions first, then build standard and modelled sheets, and cube sheets where the analysis needs many dimensions. Actuals arrive from the ERP and HR systems through Data Designer, with a direct link to Workday where it already runs HR or finance, and model owners are trained to change sheets and formulas themselves.

Design, build, integration and run-state support, with each decision recorded for your steering committee.
The level structure, dimensions, versions and the drivers behind each sheet are agreed with the FP&A lead and the budget owners before any sheet is built.
Monthly or quarterly rolling forecast versions that lock actuals and extend the horizon automatically.
Scenario versions for pricing, hiring and cost changes, compared side by side before the board pack is drafted.
Dashboards and OfficeConnect reports that refresh from the model, so monthly packs are no longer rebuilt by hand.
Workday adds Adaptive Planning features through regular releases, and we review each one for changes to sheets, integration and reporting. After go-live we support the first budget cycle, adjust drivers and versions, and monitor the scheduled data loads.
Adaptive Planning fits mid-sized and growing finance teams that want to own their models, and groups already on Workday. Very complex statutory consolidation is usually better served by another platform in this family.
