Blueprint and governance
Company codes, earning and deduction codes, the employee data that has to cross to group HR, and the split between US and Gulf payroll are agreed with group HR and payroll before configuration.
Platform implementation
We implement ADP Workforce Now for groups whose US workforce runs on it, and connect it to the payroll and HR records of their Gulf entities.

ADP Workforce Now is a product for the United States and Canada, so in the Gulf it usually appears inside groups headquartered in North America. The work is to keep the US set-up sound, from company codes and pay groups to time and benefits, while GCC employees are paid through a local payroll or ADP's global payroll services, which must still meet WPS in the UAE and GOSI and Mudad in Saudi Arabia. Group HR then needs one view that spans both.
Inside Workforce Now we configure company codes, earnings and deduction codes, time and attendance and benefits enrolment, and use ADP's reports and DataCloud for headcount and turnover. Data leaves through ADP API Central or connectors from the ADP Marketplace, so the group HRIS, finance and identity systems pick up US joiners and leavers without rekeying.

From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.
Company codes, earning and deduction codes, the employee data that has to cross to group HR, and the split between US and Gulf payroll are agreed with group HR and payroll before configuration.
One headcount and cost view that combines Workforce Now data with Gulf payroll data, built on shared job and entity codes.
Benefits plans, enrolment periods and time and attendance policies for US employees, tested with real pay cycles.
A defined process for employees moving between US and Gulf entities, so records, pay and system access move with them.
ADP runs and updates Workforce Now as a managed service, so after go-live our work is the set-up around it: new codes and pay groups, API and Marketplace connections, and the reconciliation of US and Gulf headcount in each payroll cycle.
ADP Workforce Now fits groups with a sizeable US workforce that want ADP to run US payroll and tax filings, with Gulf entities paid separately. For a mainly Gulf workforce, another platform in this family is usually the better fit.
