Blueprint and governance
Pay rules, overtime thresholds, shift patterns and the employee groups they apply to are agreed with operations, HR and payroll before the first site is configured.
Platform implementation
We implement UKG Dimensions scheduling and timekeeping for shift-based workforces, with pay rules that turn every clocked hour into correct pay data for payroll.

UKG Dimensions is chosen for hourly and shift workforces in retail, hospitality, healthcare and logistics, where rosters, overtime and attendance decide labour cost. In the Gulf its rules engine has to carry labour-law limits on working hours and overtime, shorter working hours during Ramadan and different weekends across entities. UKG Pro payroll is built for the United States and Canada, so GCC pay is usually calculated by an in-country payroll that produces the WPS or Mudad files.
Pay rules, work rules and accrual profiles are built in the Dimensions configuration and tested against real timecards before any roster goes live. Integrations run through UKG's Boomi-based integration hub, for employee imports from HR and pay data exports to payroll, and time clocks such as UKG InTouch are set up site by site.

Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.
Pay rules, overtime thresholds, shift patterns and the employee groups they apply to are agreed with operations, HR and payroll before the first site is configured.
Schedules built from forecast demand, skills and labour standards, with shift swaps and open shifts that managers approve in the app.
Absence codes, lateness and attendance points, and leave accruals, set per country and per employee group.
Overtime, absence and scheduled against actual hours by site, reported so managers can act before payroll closes.
UKG updates the Dimensions cloud service on its own schedule, so we review each set of release notes, retest pay rules and timecard calculations, and check the payroll export after every payroll close. Day to day we add new sites and shift patterns and resolve clock problems.
UKG Dimensions fits organisations where most staff work shifts across many sites and labour cost depends on scheduling, more than organisations that mainly need a core HR record.
