Blueprint and governance
Supervisory organisations, the job architecture, business process definitions and the security group design are agreed with the HR director and the HRIS lead, with payroll in the room, before any tenant is configured.
Platform implementation
We configure Workday HCM business processes, security and reporting around how you hire, move and pay people, and connect it to the payroll that runs in each Gulf country.

Most of the effort goes into the core HR record: supervisory organisations, job and position management, compensation and the business processes that change them. Workday Payroll does not cover the GCC countries, so Gulf payroll usually runs with a local provider or in an ERP, and that payroll still has to produce WPS salary files in the UAE and Mudad and GOSI data in Saudi Arabia. Arabic names, nationality, iqama or Emirates ID details and end-of-service dates are held in Workday in a form payroll can use.
Delivery runs on Workday's own tooling. We load data with EIB, build outbound payroll feeds through the Payroll Effective Change Interface, or in Workday Studio where the logic is heavier, and design reports with calculated fields so HR stops relying on spreadsheets. Every change is built in a sandbox first and reaches production only after HR has tested it.

Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.

Hire, change job, termination and compensation processes, with approval chains, conditions and notifications that match your delegation of authority.
Role-based and user-based security groups and domain policies, tested so managers, HR partners and payroll each see only what belongs to them.
Advanced and matrix reports and dashboards for headcount, attrition and nationalisation ratios, built on definitions HR has agreed.
Workday ships feature releases twice a year and opens each one early in a sandbox preview tenant, so we test your business processes, integrations and reports there before the release reaches production. Between releases we handle security changes, new process steps and integration failures.
Workday HCM suits groups that want one global HR record and one business process engine across countries, and are comfortable running Gulf payroll in a separate system connected to it.
Share your current systems, compliance themes and integration map. We will return a phased plan, a risk register and a governance model for your stakeholders to review.
