Blueprint and governance
Source-to-target mappings, data quality rules, load schedules and the placement of Secure Agents are agreed with your data owners and data platform lead before any mapping is built.
Platform implementation
We implement Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services for data integration at volume: ETL pipelines, application integration and the feeds that keep master data consistent across systems.

With Informatica, the work is about data more than messages: moving and reshaping large volumes between operational systems, the data warehouse and Informatica MDM. Secure Agents run inside your network or cloud tenancy, so source data is processed there rather than passing through Informatica's hosted service. That matters when personal data falls under the PDPL in Saudi Arabia or the UAE's federal personal data protection law.
Pipelines are built as mappings and mapping tasks in Cloud Data Integration, chained with taskflows, and pushed down to Snowflake, Databricks or the cloud warehouse where that is cheaper than processing on the agent. Cloud Application Integration covers request-and-response cases, such as exposing a process as a REST service. Parameter files and connections are kept per environment, and assets move between Informatica organisations through export and import or the asset management APIs.

Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.
Source-to-target mappings, data quality rules, load schedules and the placement of Secure Agents are agreed with your data owners and data platform lead before any mapping is built.
Mappings tuned to push processing down to the target warehouse and partitioned for large loads, with run times measured against the agreed batch window.
Cleansing, standardisation and validation rules from Informatica's data quality service applied during the load, with rejected records routed to a named owner.
Source extracts shaped for match and merge in Informatica MDM, and the consolidated record published back to the systems that use it.
Informatica upgrades its hosted service on its own release schedule, and each release brings a Secure Agent update, so we check agent versions, rerun critical tasks in test after each upgrade, and monitor job failures, run times and data volumes against expected ranges.
Informatica fits organisations whose integration needs are mainly about data: high-volume batch loads, a warehouse or lakehouse to feed, and data quality or master data work that belongs in the same toolset.
Share your current systems, compliance themes and integration map. We will return a phased plan, a risk register and a governance model for your stakeholders to review.
