Blueprint and governance
Workspace structure, roles, connection ownership and naming rules for projects and recipes are agreed with IT, security and the lead business teams before anyone starts building.
Platform implementation
We implement Workato so business and IT teams can automate work across SaaS applications with recipes that are reviewed, versioned and owned, instead of a growing pile of personal automations.

Workato is usually bought to connect SaaS applications quickly, so the work centres on control: who may build recipes, which connections they may use, and how a recipe moves from development to production. Workato is a hosted service, so we confirm with you which Workato data centre the workspace uses and which data may pass through it. Where a recipe must reach systems inside your network, the on-premise agent opens an outbound connection instead of exposing those systems.
Recipes are built from triggers, actions and Workato's pre-built connectors, with custom connectors written in the Connector SDK where an application has none. We separate development, test and production environments, promote recipes as Recipe Lifecycle Management packages, and keep shared logic in callable recipes so each automation stays short.
Workato and related product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.
Workspace structure, roles, connection ownership and naming rules for projects and recipes are agreed with IT, security and the lead business teams before anyone starts building.
Approvals and lookups handled through Workbot in Microsoft Teams or Slack, so people act on a request without opening another application.
Monitor and error blocks, retries and alert recipes added to every production recipe, so a failed job reaches its owner with the record that caused it.
Integrations offered to your own customers through Workato Embedded, where you sell a software product that needs connectors to their systems.
Workato updates its hosted platform and connectors regularly, so after go-live we watch connector deprecation notices, task usage against the licence and failed jobs per recipe, and review new recipes before they reach production.
Workato fits organisations that run mostly on SaaS applications, want business teams to build some automations themselves, and need IT to keep the final say over connections and production changes.
