Blueprint and governance
Before any model is configured, reliability engineering and operations decide the asset classes in scope, the failure modes to predict and the action expected at each risk level.
Platform implementation
We deploy C3 AI applications, such as C3 AI Reliability, on top of your existing historians and maintenance systems, so engineers act on risk scores they trust.

C3 AI sits above the connectivity layer: it usually draws on historians and IoT platforms rather than reading sensors directly, and brings operations, maintenance and ERP data into one model. That makes it relevant to asset-heavy Gulf operators in energy, utilities and process industries, where data residency rules and NCA controls apply and the suite can be deployed on a major cloud or on the operator's own infrastructure.
Work happens in the C3 AI Type System: we map sources such as AVEVA PI, SAP PM and work order history into C3 types, build the data integration pipelines, then configure and train the application's models. Data scientists extend the delivered models in the platform's notebooks before they are promoted to production.

From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.
Before any model is configured, reliability engineering and operations decide the asset classes in scope, the failure modes to predict and the action expected at each risk level.
Labelled failure history and agreed failure modes per asset class, which decide whether a model can learn anything at all.
Weekly review of risk alerts with reliability engineers during the pilot, so thresholds reflect what they would actually inspect.
Where the C3 AI inventory optimisation application is in scope, spare-part levels set against predicted demand rather than rules of thumb.
After go-live we monitor model drift and pipeline freshness, retrain on new failure records, and plan C3 AI platform upgrades with the vendor.
The case is strongest for large operators with years of historian and maintenance data across many similar assets, who want packaged AI applications instead of building models one at a time.
Share your current systems, compliance themes and integration map. We will return a phased plan, a risk register and a governance model for your stakeholders to review.
