Platform implementation

Agiloft

We configure Agiloft as a no-code contract system shaped around your own processes, so legal operations can change fields, rules and workflows without waiting for developers.

Agiloft is designed for teams whose processes do not fit a fixed product, so the work revolves around no-code rules, reporting and supplier contracts. Many Gulf entities keep contracts in Arabic, English or both, record Hijri and Gregorian dates where needed, and track supplier documents that expire, such as UAE trade licences, so we model all of this as fields and rules from the start.

Everything in Agiloft is built from tables, fields, rules and workflows in the admin console, so we configure rather than code. Rules run on events or schedules to send reminders, update status or start approvals, and reports and dashboards sit on the same tables, which keeps them in step with the data.

How we implement Agiloft

From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.

  • Blueprint and governance

With legal operations and the procurement lead we map the table and field model, the rules that drive approvals and reminders, and the security groups; configuration waits for their approval.

  • Supplier contract tracking

Supplier records linked to their contracts, insurance and licences, with alerts before any document expires.

  • Configurable approval rules

Approval routes that change by value, department and contract type, maintained by your own administrators.

  • Reports and dashboards

Dashboards for upcoming renewals, cycle times and contract value by supplier, built for legal and procurement.

  • Hypercare and managed support

We train your administrators to own most changes, then support them with rule reviews, release testing on a staging knowledgebase and checks on scheduled rules that fail without warning.

When Agiloft's flexibility matters

The organisations that gain most have unusual contract processes, or contract and supplier tracking to combine, and want to configure the system themselves rather than adopt a fixed workflow.

  • Processes that differ from standard CLM templates
  • An administrator willing to learn the no-code tools
  • Supplier documents with expiry dates to track
  • Reporting needs that cut across contracts and suppliers
