Platform implementation

ContractPodAi

We implement ContractPodAi with its Leah AI assistant, so legal intake, contract review and analysis start from one request point instead of email.

ContractPodAi is built around one front door for every legal request, triage by type, and Leah reviewing and summarising agreements against your playbook: legal intake automation and AI contract analytics in one place. Arabic and bilingual contracts are the main thing to test in the Gulf, so we run Leah on a sample of your Arabic agreements and set clear rules on where a lawyer must check the output.

Requests arrive through configurable intake forms and are routed to the right lawyer or to a self-service template. Leah applies playbooks for review and extraction, and results are stored in the contract repository with their key terms. Integrations with Microsoft Word, e-signature tools and CRM keep requesters in the tools they already use.

How we implement ContractPodAi

Design, build, integration and run-state support, with each decision recorded for your steering committee.

  • Blueprint and governance

Intake does not open to the business until the general counsel and legal operations have approved the request types, triage rules and the review playbooks Leah will apply.

  • A legal front door

One intake point for contract, advice and dispute requests, with each request's status visible to the person who raised it.

  • Playbook-led AI review

Leah review playbooks built from your positions, tested against signed contracts before lawyers rely on them.

  • Portfolio analysis

Bulk extraction of terms from legacy contracts, such as governing law, liability caps and renewal dates, checked by reviewers.

  • Hypercare and managed support

We watch how intake requests flow and where lawyers override Leah, refine playbooks from that evidence, and review ContractPodAi's new AI features with legal before they are switched on.

When AI-led legal intake makes sense

It is aimed at in-house legal teams that are short of lawyers and buried in requests, and want AI to triage and review before a person does.

  • A legal team handling many requests through email
  • Playbooks or standard positions that can be written down
  • A sample of signed contracts to test AI review against
  • Rules on human review that the general counsel has approved
