Blueprint and governance
Building starts from a list of contract types, their launch forms and the rules that bring legal into review, approved by the general counsel and business owners before workflows are built.
Platform implementation
We implement Ironclad for legal teams that want the business to start its own contracts, with Workflow Designer handling routine agreements and lawyers stepping in only where risk calls for it.

Ironclad's strength is self-service for high-volume agreements: NDAs, sales and procurement contracts launched by the business through forms, with conditions deciding when legal must review. For Gulf teams the templates usually run in Arabic and English, so we test the Arabic text in generated documents early and agree which language prevails when the two versions differ.
Workflows are built in Workflow Designer: a launch form, a template with conditional clauses, approval steps and signature, all configured without code. Signed agreements land in the Repository, where Smart Import uses AI to pull key fields from legacy contracts, and AI Assist helps reviewers apply your playbook during negotiation.
Ironclad and related product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Design, build, integration and run-state support, with each decision recorded for your steering committee.

Launch forms with plain questions for sales, HR and procurement, so requesters produce a correct first draft.
Your fallback positions written into AI Assist and clause guidance, so reviewers apply the same rules every time.
Legacy contracts brought in through Smart Import, checked by a reviewer, then reported on by type, owner and renewal date.
Ironclad adds features often, so we review new releases with legal operations, adjust workflows as policies change and watch integrations with Salesforce, Slack or your procurement tool for failed records.
Ironclad serves fast-moving commercial teams with many similar contracts, where the aim is to lift routine agreements off lawyers rather than to model every contract type in depth.
