Blueprint and governance
The environment strategy, DLP policies, the Dataverse security model and the rule on which apps makers build and which need IT are agreed with IT, security and the business sponsors before the first makers are onboarded.
Platform implementation
We set up Microsoft Power Platform so departments can build Power Apps and Power Automate flows on Dataverse, inside managed environments that IT controls.

With Power Platform, the first decisions are about the tenant: the environment strategy, the data loss prevention policies that decide which connectors may share data, and who may create environments at all. Environments can be created in Microsoft's UAE geography, which settles residency for many UAE organisations; Saudi organisations confirm with Microsoft which geography their tenant and environments can use. Because Power Platform sits on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, licensing and identity are decided together.
Apps are built as canvas or model-driven Power Apps, data lives in Dataverse tables with business units, security roles and column security, and Power Automate covers cloud flows and, where older systems need it, desktop flows. Solutions carry every component between environments, and pipelines in Power Platform, Azure DevOps or GitHub automate the deployment of managed solutions.
Microsoft Power Platform and related marks are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.
Design, build, integration and run-state support, with each decision recorded for your steering committee.

Managed Environments with sharing limits, welcome content for makers and data policies per environment, so maker activity stays visible.
Microsoft's CoE Starter Kit installed and tuned, so you can see every app, flow and maker, and archive what nobody uses.
Tables, relationships and security roles designed once in Dataverse, so departmental apps share customers, cases or assets instead of copying them.
Microsoft publishes two release waves a year, in spring and autumn, so we review the release plans, test early-access features in a sandbox, and each month check flow failures, Dataverse capacity and the CoE inventory.
Power Platform fits organisations standardised on Microsoft 365, Teams and Entra ID that want many small and medium apps built close to the business, with Dataverse as the shared data layer.
Tell us what the platform needs to do and when. We will propose a first phase with scope, team and an itemised quotation.
