Platform implementation

Adobe Marketo Engage

We implement Adobe Marketo Engage for B2B marketing teams, with programmes, lead scoring and CRM sync built so that marketing and sales agree on what a qualified lead is.

Marketo work centres on the lead: how it enters through forms and lists, how scoring and lifecycle stages move it on, and when it passes to sales in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Consent is captured on every form and carried into the CRM, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law and the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021. Arabic emails and landing pages are built on right-to-left templates and tested across mail clients.

We set up workspaces and partitions where regions or business units need separation, then a library of programme templates with tokens, so marketers clone rather than rebuild. Smart campaigns run scoring and lifecycle changes, engagement programmes run nurture streams, and Munchkin tracking feeds website behaviour into scoring. Marketo Measure is connected where multi-touch attribution is in scope.

How we implement Adobe Marketo Engage

Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.

  • Blueprint and governance

The lead lifecycle, scoring model, field mapping to the CRM and the programme naming standard are agreed first, and marketing, sales operations and the data protection officer sign them off.

  • Lead lifecycle and scoring

Demographic and behavioural scores that decay over time, lifecycle stages, and an agreement on how quickly sales follows up a marketing-qualified lead.

  • CRM sync design

Field mapping, sync filters and ownership rules between Marketo and Salesforce or Dynamics, tested in a sandbox so records are neither duplicated nor overwritten.

  • Nurture streams

Engagement programmes with streams by segment and stage, a content cadence agreed with marketing, and exit rules for when a lead is ready for sales.

  • Hypercare and managed support

Adobe publishes Marketo Engage release notes for each update, so we review the changes, clear out inactive programmes and smart campaigns, and monitor sync errors, deliverability and database growth against your contact tier.

When Marketo Engage is the fit

Marketo suits B2B organisations with long sales cycles and a real sales team, where the job is generating, scoring and handing over leads rather than messaging millions of consumers.

  • Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics as the CRM of record
  • A definition of marketing-qualified and sales-qualified leads agreed between marketing and sales
  • A content plan able to feed nurture streams for six months
  • An estimate of contact database size for licensing
