Blueprint and governance
The tracking plan, identity resolution rules, data classification and the destination list are agreed first, and product, analytics, marketing and the data protection officer sign them off.
Platform implementation
We implement Twilio Segment as the customer data layer beneath your marketing and product tools, with a governed tracking plan, identity resolution and one pipeline feeding every destination.

Segment is infrastructure rather than a campaign tool, so the work centres on what is tracked, how identities merge and where the data goes. Protocols enforces a tracking plan so malformed events are blocked before they reach downstream tools, and Unify builds profiles that Braze, Iterable, ad platforms or your warehouse can use. Segment offers US and EU workspaces, so we review where data is processed against the UAE and Saudi data protection laws, and use the Privacy Portal to classify personal data before it flows.
We define sources for web, mobile and server events, write the tracking plan with your product and analytics teams, and connect destinations one at a time with mapping checks. Identity resolution rules set which identifiers merge profiles and which never should. Reverse ETL sends warehouse-modelled data back out to tools, and Functions handle custom sources or destinations that Segment does not provide.
Twilio Segment and related product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.

Event names, properties and types defined in Protocols, with violations reported and non-conforming events blocked or flagged.
Merge rules and limits for email, phone, device and account IDs, tested on real data so shared devices and family accounts do not create false matches.
Audiences and computed traits in Segment Engage, synced to advertising and messaging destinations with consent filters applied.
Segment changes continuously and destinations evolve with each vendor's API, so we keep the tracking plan versioned, review Protocols violations weekly, and monitor event delivery failures and monthly tracked users against your plan.
Segment fits organisations running several marketing and analytics tools, each with its own tracking code, that want to collect data once and send it everywhere under one set of rules.
Share your current systems, compliance themes and integration map. We will return a phased plan, a risk register and a governance model for your stakeholders to review.
