Blueprint and governance
The business entity model, trust levels for each source system, match rules and the stewardship workflow are agreed with the data owners and the data governance office before configuration starts.
Platform implementation
We implement Informatica MDM to give customers, suppliers or products one trusted record, using Informatica's matching, survivorship and stewardship tools on IDMC or on the on-premises hub.

Informatica projects begin with a choice between the SaaS applications on Intelligent Data Management Cloud, such as Customer 360 and Supplier 360, and the on-premises Multidomain MDM hub that many organisations still run. That choice also settles residency: the on-premises hub keeps records in your own data centre, while IDMC runs in Informatica's cloud regions. Records in the region carry Arabic and English names and Emirates ID or Saudi national ID numbers, so match rules are tuned for transliteration and for those identifiers.
On IDMC we configure business entities, match and merge rules and survivorship in Business 360 Console, use Informatica's cloud data integration and data quality services for source loads and cleansing, and bring in CLAIRE recommendations where they help stewards. On the hub, the work runs through the Hub Console and the Provisioning tool, with stewards working in Entity 360 views.

Design, build, integration and run-state support, with each decision recorded for your steering committee.

A move from on-premises Multidomain MDM to Customer 360 or Business 360 on IDMC, with match results compared before and after.
Address verification, phone and email checks, and validation of national ID, commercial registration and VAT number formats before records enter the hub.
Profiling and scorecards for each domain, so data owners watch completeness rise and duplication fall over time.
Informatica updates IDMC on a regular release schedule, so we read the release notes, rerun match regression tests after each update, and watch stewardship queues, publishing failures and match rates.
Informatica suits large organisations that need several master data domains, already use Informatica for integration or data quality, or want MDM and data quality on one cloud platform.
