Blueprint and governance
The entity and relationship model, the crosswalk sources, match rules and the survivorship strategy are agreed with the data owners and the enterprise architect before the tenant is configured.
Platform implementation
We implement Reltio as a cloud-native MDM platform that resolves people, organisations and products into connected profiles and serves them to other systems in real time through APIs.

Reltio works differently from table-based hubs: entities and their relationships are stored as a graph, and matching runs continuously as data arrives. Because it is delivered as SaaS in public cloud regions, the region of your tenant is the residency question to settle for UAE and Saudi data, and we review it with your data protection officer. Arabic and English name variants and national identifiers go into match rules and survivorship from the start.
We build the tenant configuration in Reltio's data model: entity types, attributes, relationship types and crosswalks that keep the link back to each source record. Match rules decide which profiles merge automatically and which go to review, survivorship strategies decide which value wins, and Reltio Integration Hub or the REST APIs keep source and consuming systems in step.
Reltio and related product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.
The entity and relationship model, the crosswalk sources, match rules and the survivorship strategy are agreed with the data owners and the enterprise architect before the tenant is configured.
Household, corporate hierarchy or account-to-contact relationships modelled so sales and service see the whole picture around a customer.
Profiles served to CRM, onboarding and digital channels, so a new customer is matched the moment they register.
Data quality rules, steward work queues in the Reltio interface and dashboards that show match and merge volumes by source.
The vendor upgrades Reltio on its SaaS release schedule, so we test match behaviour after each release, tune rules as new sources join, and watch API errors, potential-match queues and load times.
Reltio suits organisations that want MDM as a managed SaaS, care about relationships between entities as much as about clean records, or must feed digital channels in real time.
Share your current systems, compliance themes and integration map. We will return a phased plan, a risk register and a governance model for your stakeholders to review.
