Platform implementation

Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM

We implement Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM from the customer order to the shipped goods, so orders, stock and production run on the same Oracle cloud and post to finance without rekeying.

Our Oracle Fusion SCM work covers order management, inventory, manufacturing and the logistics integrations around them, usually alongside Oracle's financials and procurement applications. Oracle runs cloud regions in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, so where your environment is hosted is settled at contracting stage, not after go-live. Arabic-speaking users, VAT in both countries and ZATCA e-invoicing for outbound invoices are designed in from the first workshop.

Configuration runs through Oracle's setup tasks, data loads use file-based data import (FBDI) templates, and links to warehouses, carriers and marketplaces are built in Oracle Integration Cloud. Extensions stay in Visual Builder or the integration layer, so Oracle's own code is never changed and quarterly updates go in without rework.

How we implement Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM

Implementation, customisation, deployment and ongoing support, with governance your steering committee can follow.

  • Blueprint and governance

We start by designing the order orchestration rules, the inventory organisation structure and the costing method, then supply chain operations and the financial controller accept them, because they are hard to change once transactions post.

  • Order orchestration and promising

Orchestration processes that split, source and schedule each order line, with available-to-promise rules that reflect real stock and lead times.

  • Inventory and warehouse set-up

Inventory organisations, subinventories, lot and serial control and cycle counting, configured with the warehouse teams who will use them.

  • Manufacturing and costing

Work definitions, work orders and standard or actual costing set up so production postings reconcile with Oracle's financials.

  • Hypercare and managed support

Oracle applies quarterly updates to Fusion, reaching test environments before production, so we run regression tests in that window and keep scheduled processes and integrations under watch.

When Oracle Fusion SCM is the natural choice

It is the natural choice when finance already runs on Oracle Fusion or is moving there, and the business wants orders, inventory and manufacturing on the same platform rather than a separate supply chain product.

  • Oracle Fusion financials live, or in the same programme
  • Order flows across several warehouses or legal entities
  • A costing method agreed between operations and finance
  • An integration owner for carrier, logistics provider and marketplace links
