Blueprint and governance
The product scope, deal types, accounting rules, limits and the split of duties between front and back office are agreed with the treasurer, the head of treasury operations and financial control before configuration starts.
Platform implementation
We implement FIS treasury and risk products, from Quantum for complex dealing to Integrity for SaaS treasury and Trax for payments, around how your dealing desk and back office really work.

FIS covers a wide range: Quantum for treasuries with large deal books and derivatives, Integrity as a SaaS treasury workstation, and Trax for payment factories and bank connectivity. The first task is choosing the right combination, and the deal types, accounting rules and limits that go into it. Gulf treasuries often hold large term deposits and financing with local banks, and payments run on UAEFTS and SARIE, so deal and settlement set-up has to reflect local bank instructions and cut-off times.
In Quantum we configure deal types, counterparties, limits and the accounting that flows from deal capture to settlement and into the ledger. Trax handles payment file transformation and bank connectivity for the group, and market data feeds supply the rates used for valuation and hedge effectiveness testing.

From blueprint to go-live and beyond: configuration, integration and support from one accountable team.
The product scope, deal types, accounting rules, limits and the split of duties between front and back office are agreed with the treasurer, the head of treasury operations and financial control before configuration starts.
Money market, FX and derivative deal capture, with confirmation matching and settlement instructions for each counterparty.
Counterparty and dealer limits, with breaches flagged at deal entry and reported to risk.
Accounting rules for accruals, revaluations and settlements, posted to the ERP and reconciled every month.
Upgrades are planned with FIS and with you, depending on whether FIS hosts the solution or your IT runs it, and we test deal processing, accounting and bank files before each one. Between upgrades we support month-end treasury accounting, maintain static data and follow up failed payments.
FIS suits treasuries with real dealing activity, such as many deposits, FX forwards or derivatives, that need front-to-back processing and treasury accounting, more than teams that mainly need cash visibility.
